For the first unit project, you, as the viewer, only know the story as I convey it: you know nothing of the subject’s background, environmental/historical context, or anything else. I, as the creator, know all of these, but can only choose certain parts to convey in the video. It would be best to add all of these extra bits of information, but for the sake of brevity, I cannot: doing so would certainly make the video very long, much longer than necessary, and would certainly not be enjoyable to watch.
For the second unit project, for the sake of brevity, I could not convey everything: I could not relate exact dates, minor (yet important) events, nor major historical context. I could only focus upon certain parts, leaving out a lot of important information that would be vital for understanding. If I did include such, the webtext would be very large, filled with many pages and tremendous amounts of blocks of text, all of which would, indubitably, be not very enjoyable to read.
